Dropbox
Upload your spreadsheet file to Dropbox.
Hover over the file then Click on Copy Link
Your link should look something like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/t7uey0lfbgr06w0ejktv1/Test.xlsx?dl=0&rlkey=s06r4m3ix8mkkbfpis5weu7bd
Find the text dl=0 in the link and replace it with dl=1

Now your url can be added as a data source in Connect. It will update based on the refresh rate set in Connect.
